Located at the south end of the Grand Corridor of Villa Sawah Lebak and accented with a beautiful stone sculpture of a mythical nymph, the bedroom wing features four beautiful guest and master suites. Measuring a full five meters by five meters, these spacious sleeping areas feature views of the villa grounds and are equipped with private baths.
Guests access the bedroom wing via a set of sliding glass doors which open into the expansive entertainment room. A multipurpose space, the entertainment room is equipped with cable television, dvd player, a selection of movies, and arranged with comfy sofas with plenty of room for relaxing. The glass doors provide a beautiful view of the villa grounds and garden, creating a wonderful ambience. The entertainment room is also spacious enough to double as a playroom for children, and the terraced villa landscaping also provides a nice recreation space for guests just outside the bedroom wing.
Adjacent to the Entertainment room downstairs, the family room upstairs, and accessible via a set of beautiful hardwood sliding doors, the ground floor and upstairs master bedroom suites both measure five meters by five meters.
Both Master Bedroom Suites feature private terraces with views of the villa grounds and pool complex, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or stargazing at night before bed. The terraces have beautiful antique chairs and a spaciously comfortable bench for the downstairs Master Suite.
The Master Suites also feature handmade four-poster super-kingsize beds with the optional use of a mosquito net if guests would like to sleep with the sliding doors open, allowing the refreshing night breeze and relaxing sounds of the Bali countryside to lull you to sleep. The Master Suites are also equipped with beautiful writing desks, typically placed behind the freestanding bed. The Master Suites have a large niche at the back wall that is designed for an artwork or book display. Hidden within the beautiful wood paneling and placed at the top of each niche is an air-conditioning unit. The wall niches are also accented with the regal red color that can be found throughout the Villa Sawah Lebak property.
An additional feature of the Master Suite is a climate-controlled, walk-in closet and dressing room, complete with shelving and hanging rails for clothing that is protected from the tropical humidity by a dedicated air conditioning unit. The walk-in closet also features a floor-to-ceiling window with a view of the private patio garden.
The Master Bath is brightly lit and spacious, featuring a luxurious freestanding oval bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after an active day. The Master Bath also features a beautiful handmade wooden vanity table as well as a large shower cubicle with views of the garden outside via a screen of carved stone. A separate cubicle is also provided for the toilet. The walls are covered with a mosaic of terracotta-colored marble, the floors are finished with marble slabs imported from Sulawesi of a brilliant shade of ivory. The downstairs garden also has a refreshing private outdoor shower.
Located on the north side of the Entertainment room, the Residence Bedroom Suite is built to the same spacious dimensions as the Master Suite (five meters by five meters) and features the same arrangements of handmade furniture, however the north-facing wall of this room opens to the villa grounds via a huge bay window. This window also has a large recessed bench built into the bay window alcove that can double as an extra bed.
The Residence Bedroom Suite also features a climate-controlled, walk-in closet with shelving and hanging rails for clothing. The bedroom features a large shower alcove within the bathroom and also has an outdoor shower within the adjoining patio garden. The overall dimensions are slightly smaller than the Master Suite since the Residence Bathroom does not include the large bathtub which accents the Master Bath.
Completing the suite of rooms within the bedroom wing, a pair of bedrooms are located on either side of the Family Room upstairs. Spaciously sized at five by five meters by five meters, the airy feeling of these upstairs bedrooms is further enhanced by the exposed roof structures – which extends the ceiling to the beautiful wooden rafters. The airy spaciousness of these rooms is further enhanced by the private covered balconies adjoining the upstairs bedrooms which provides sweeping views of the villa grounds. The private baths attached to each room match the design of the downstairs bedrooms, though these upstairs rooms do not have direct access to the patio. As with the Master Bedrooms, the Upstairs bedrooms also feature climate-controlled, walk-in closets.
Ascending the Grand Staircase finished with beautiful planks of bangkirai wood, guests can find the spacious family room. Featuring overall dimensions and a design which is complementary to the downstairs entertainment room, the upstairs Family Room is also brightly illuminated with natural light from several large windows with a view of the villa grounds outside. The family room features a flat-screen television, dvd player, a/v equipment, and also includes a small bar with a refrigerator with appliances for brewing coffee or tea. The family room is arranged with comfortable sofas and has access to the front terrace with panoramic views of the villa grounds. A small stone water bowl finishes off the relaxing atmosphere of this room.
